The vision for Herd Navigator is:

“Over the course of a number of years a significant proportion of Danish milk producers will benefit from an automatic proactive herd management system, based on measurements taken from milk and other indicators, combined with relevant data from the cattle database for real-time based decision support and real-time exchange for milk producers and consultants. This will put Denmark in an unrivalled leading position in the rapidly changing global market without quotas and subsidies”.
